AOC in Leadership to Existing MS Administration @ APG  Program Description

The M.S. in Administration is an interdisciplinary program developed to meet the educational needs and interests of administrators in organizations. The proposed Leadership concentration enables students to enhance their knowledge and skills in the area of leadership, group dynamics, organizational change, management of conflict, negotiation, cultural diversity and communication.
